The corresponding fluorinated radioactive is synthesized by the aluminum fluoride method, and NCS-MP-NODA targets DK222 to obtain the radioactive analog [18/19F]DK222. [18F]DK222 can quantify PD-L1 in vivo via PET tracking in xenograft models of multiple cancer types. |
