A dedicated Project Manager will handle all communications with both the client and internal stakeholders. Biweekly detailed reports, weekly short interim reports, and EOD communication from priority projects will be provided. Successful experiments will be documented with delivery dates, quality, and amount, while failed experiments will include Analysis, Data, Conclusion and Work Plan.
Teleconference-based weekly or biweekly meetings will be scheduled based on client needs with a short agenda, and MOM circulated post-meeting, highlighting action items. Reports, email, portal upload, web services will be used for sharing updates, and final reports, project deliveries will be submitted at the end of the engagement.
