Refund & Return Policy

At Pharmaffiliates Pvt. Ltd., every step is made to ensure that high-quality products and services are provided to all customers. The following conditions under which refunds and returns can be handled.

Product Returns

As most of the products supplied are custom synthesized, highly sensitive in nature, returns are generally not accepted once delivery has been completed. However, exceptions may be considered under the following conditions:

A product received in a damaged or defective form upon receipt.

Different products are supplied against the order due to an error on our end.

A product does not conform to the agreed specifications mentioned in the purchase order.

All requests for returns must be raised within 15 days of receipt of the ordered product delivery. Requests sent after this period may not be accepted.

Return Authorization

To initiate a return:

The Customer Support Team must be contacted at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt.

The order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue must be provided.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided. Return of product sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned products must be securely packed in their original along with all supplied documentation and must comply with applicable shipping and safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain categories of products are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Compounds that have been custom synthesized

Items that have been opened or partially used

Products that are temperature-sensitive or perishable

Products stored or handled in violation of recommended guidelines

Refunds & Replacements

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

If the return is approved, either a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost or a refund/credit will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is necessitated by an error on the part of Pharmaffiliates.

Refunds are typically processed within 45 business days following approval of the return.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once synthesis or processing has commenced. Cancellation requests for catalogue items must be submitted immediately and will be confirmed based on feasibility.
