astemizole
Astemizole is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and competitively binds to histamine H1 receptor sites in the gastrointestinal tract, uterus, blood vessels, and bronchial muscle. It is a histamine H1-receptor antagonist. It has anticholinergic and antipruritic effects..
