solifenacin

A muscarinic receptor antagonist drug used for treating contraction of overactive bladder such as incontinence, urinary frequency, and urgency. Solifenacin is a competitive cholinergic receptor antagonist, selective for the M3 receptor subtype. It was manufactured and marketed by Astellas, GlaxoSmithKline and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
